Flying Lotus' kicked off his BBC Radio 1 Residency last night, and it was every bit as incredible as we thought it would be.

The two-hour slot featured an unreleased Thundercat song, a ridiculous 'Never Catch Me' edit, a mix from Jeremiah Jae, a few unreleased tracks ('Theme (Alternative Edit)' and 'Post Requisite') and an interview with the legendary Herbie Hancock ("The human being has infinite potential, and as an expression of that infinite potential there's always something more that you can explore and create").

A good time to start that "FlyLo on the Radio 24/7" petition, huh?

Head over to the BBC to give it a spin.
