Aside from the fact that people called Anna (with the exception of the lovely Miss Calvi and a few others) are actually evil, Macks Faulkron has made a catchy tune with his song ‘Anna’, taken from his upcoming debut EP Friends.

With catchy guitars that don’t have too much fuzz, and dash of tambourine, it’s two and a half minutes of laid-back indie-pop that really suits Faulkron’s slightly raspy vocals. The more observant of you will notice that, with lyrics like “and when it’s cold outside / she’ll warm up your heart,” this is a bit of a love song. Don’t let that put you off though – it’s not just a love song, it’s a lovely song too.
