Roo & the Howl brings together some of the best elements in folk, pop, and even a bit of rock and roll in her uniquely crafted sound and that's more than evident on her new track 'Swim', the last single from her forthcoming record ME/WE (out 20 May). It ends up sounding Americana in all of the best ways, and there's little doubt that Roo's going to have big things happening for her in 2014.

She described the recording process for the record a bit further, saying “In January we took four days to record our debut LP. I wanted to capture the feeling of humans playing music together, in that moment and place. We tracked live as a band without overdubs or auto-tune. My hope is that it conveys that honesty and beauty of people creating music together.”
