Active Child's new track, 'She Cut Me', isn't strictly an instrumental, though for argument's sake it probably is ("oooohs" don't really count, do they?). Should this matter? In the grand scheme of things obviously not (insert Buzzfeed style 'Top 10 Beautiful Instrumentals') - but when it comes to Active Child, it definitely doesn't matter. That's not to say Pat Grossi's lyrics aren't important, but when you have the ability to command your audience to lose themselves through the spaces your vocals inhabit, it's by no means an issue to see said vocals as an instrument - much in the same way Jónsi does.

Listen to the song and it will all make sense.

The track is taken from his forthcoming new EP, Rapor.
