Though this starts as if it's gonna be a vinyl-influenced, retro-sounding number, 'So Good' by Atlanta-based producer C. Justice is actually anything but retro sounding. It stands facing the future, mainly thanks to its crossing of two seemingly disparate styles, trap and house, transitioning between the two without any jarring or contrivances whatsoever.

The trap parts swagger-sway and boom with sub rumbles as percussion clatters harshly all around, continuing a cosmic chord progression that begins in the house part, which itself is soft, smooth and surgically clean. Synth glimmers with electronic cool alongside the endless echoing sample of "wut" (not to be confused with "what"), ornamenting this double-spirited track. It'd be really cool to watch a crowded dancefloor work out what to do to this.
