A few weeks ago we championed Fraser A Gorman's debut single and it's gloriously off-beat video, 'The Book Of Love'. Now the Torquay, Geelong Australia native (a coastal city an hour outside of Melbourne) shares the b-side, 'Darkness Is Coming On'. It's a lazed toe-tapper and calls on the assistance of a former school peer, King Gizzard's Stu Mackenzie who is on production duties.

Rawhide claps play over a simplistic banjo driven melody, as a harmonious, delta-blues tinged chorus ruminate throughout. Gorman's endearing yearn anchors the track, and you'd be forgiven for assuming he was a seasoned southern man himself, not a 23-year-old from Australia. He's on Courtney Barnett's Milk! label (and House Anxiety here) so we're expecting similarly great things.
