Melbourne based futuristic hip-hop outfit Milwaukee Banks have made the pitch-shifted, spaced out number, 'Sweater Made of Gold' available to stream. Consisting of rapper Dyl Thomas, formerly of Polo Club and producer Adrian 'Edo' Rafter also known as Flight Tonight, the two were friends and artists in there own right for over 10 years before deciding to collaborate.

The impeccably crafted beat features laid-back, almost Far-Eastern infused electronica, providing an off-kilter backing to the sometimes heartfelt sometimes tongue-in-cheek lyrics. "I order her some shots... I hit the toilet for a squat" is not the type of thing you hear every day - but it acts as a refreshingly playful sentiment in an otherwise self-serious affair.

With instrumentals reminiscent of A$AP Rocky's earlier work and story telling akin to Mike Skinner's tales of ketty clubs at 5am, Milwaukee Banks have forged a druggy head-bopping number begging for your booming sound systems.

Taken from their forthcoming EP Rose Water out on June 13th, watch this space for updates on these adventurous Aussie upstarts.
