Ahead of the release of their fifth studio album Beautiful Broken, Digitonal have shared a beautiful new track called 'Luna'

"I wrote it about 12 years ago, although it's gone through many, many different versions since then," explains Andy Dobson. "It's very rare that I write explicitly about anything. It's probably more a reflection of a time and place and a certain melancholy that was certainly present last year as I did this definitive version. It's a bit like the track was written and then waited for a time where it felt relevant to me again so that I could finish it."

Adding that the track's ideal setting is "the beach at Walberswick, moon rising and a storm coming in." Dobson also explains that he'd like for people who listen to 'Luna' to "feel reflective, to find something in their own memories which it neatly soundtracks."

Beautiful Broken is out on May 4th via Just Music.
