Shoegaze rockers Nothing have announced what may just be the loudest split of the year - a new 12" release with Whirr, out on 17 November via Run For Cover Records. It has an etched B-side and will include an 'In the Studio' documentary DVD. To get you ready for it they've shared their contribution to the release, a new track titled 'July the Fourth'. It finds the band in top fuzzy form, which guitarist Brandon Setta said to Vogue explains “I guess it’s just about being hung up on something and using any method, no matter how extreme, to erase it from your brain just to obtain some sort of freedom.”

The track accompanies their UK/EU tour, which kicks off on 28 October and running through a good portion of the rest of the year. Check out all of the dates and stream 'July the Fourth' below.
