Helsinki-based electro duo Phantom have covered Bon Iver's folk hit 'Skinny Love' and it's dazzling. They're not the first act to have taken on the track, Ed Sheeran's done it and we all know Birdy's uber fragile rendition, but Phantom have shaken things up a bit and given it some thrilling dynamics. It's no longer an plain acoustic-sounding track - it's got more power.

The chorus drops into oblivion with its deep bassy undertones, which shake the buzzing, warbling synths, while the verse provides a stuttering mix of drums and keys. Apparently parts of it were recorded in a Helsinki sauna, giving it an unbeatable, beautiful ambience. How amazing! The vocal provides the track with emotion, a connection all Skinny Love's covers have.
