Trinidadian London-based singer Tabanca dropped 'Lagoon' back in September, a chilled number in which the singer spins aching-soaring vocals through drip-drops of fluid electronic thickets courtesy of producer Gent Mason. It's taken from the Lagoon EP, out 6th November, which features the song plus a few remixes.

We're happy to be sharing one of those remixes with you today. It's by Brighton/London musicmaking duo Soccer96, and whilst it somewhat keeps the slinkiness of the original, their altered version is a heady dose of clanking and clacking percussion, popping and ringing out from beneath tracts of Tabanca's vocal, culminating in a wonky grind of luscious, paradisical noise.
