The Mispers were crafted only 18 months ago, and now they're about to release their second EP Dark Bits on 27 July through B-Unique. Today we have the premiere of the title track and it's a stunner. They worked with producer Rich Turvey on their EP which gave them a groovy and fun feel, as opposed to the meaning of 'misper' (it's a police term for someone going missing). "The Mispers might be a sad idea - someone going missing, but we think of it as a happy thing. We all come from different parts of the world and have gone missing together," said the band's Jack Balfour-Scott. 'Dark Bits' is a song about finding shelter and friends in unlikely places.

"Dark Bits is an upbeat track about those unexpected twists and turns that can lead you to some of the darker corners on a night out. It's about following your instincts and going with your most impulsive desires. It is a celebration of those accidental hiccups that lead to chance encounters and the adrenaline rush of the unplanned." They've had support from the likes of BBC Radio 1 with only their demo 'Brother', with which they sold out nine London shows and toured with Saint Raymond. Their upcoming tour dates can be seen below, where you can also stream 'Dark Bits'! We think you'll find The Mispers to be pretty fantastic.
