In a world saturated with nondescript male singer-songwriters, Tor Miller feels like an important artist. Perhaps it's his timeless approach to songwriting or distinctive, powerful yet fragile vocals, demonstrated perfectly in his new track 'Headlights'. Even his name sounds like a classic.

Luckily, the young New Yorker is well placed to succeed, finding fans in Zane Lowe and a label home with Glassnote Records, the label behind Chvrches, Phoenix and Daughter in the US. Tor Miller is obviously an artist with something to say. Just what that is, only time will tell.
