Tristesse Contemporaine. I'm not sure it's a name that I could pronounce. Luckily this is the internet and words are spoken with fingers. The Parisan trio make slick, infectious electronic-pop that echoes the electro house sound that has made Paris so infamous while retaining a sound that is distinctive and fresh. The trio itself is a mish-mash of members, being comprised of Japanese ex-punk singer Narumi, Swedish hockey player turned guitarist Leo and Maik, a British hip-hop fan known for his role as the lead singer of Earthling.

The band's second album 'Stay Golden' is set for release on 25th November via Record Makers.
