So-and-so is releasing a new five-track EP in a few months, your problematic fave dropped a pretty risque new video and that washed up band that no one has even thought of for a good decade now, has decided to reunite and head out on a world tour. These are the things I need to post at a fervent pace, to not only keep up with the over-saturated blogosphere, but to harness the steady stream of emails that will inevitably continue their high-pressured pursuit into my inbox all hours of the day for the remainder of the week, (and probably on the weekend too, depending on the publicist.)

So to combat the rat-race, we're offering a content compromise in the form of our new daily column, Live From The Gutter - an afternoon recap of the day's press releases and the contents of my 405 email.

SIBA's new single 'IDCBU' is the catchiest song of the day

Danish artist/producer SIBA has unleashed a brand new "fuck you" pop jam is it's pretty contagious. The artist, who's worked with the likes of Zara Larsson, Charli XCX, Paul White, Mssingno, has delivered his first single from his new EP titled, My Life With Jessie, My Friends & the Rest Of The World. It's out digitally on 9th December. "The EP is the story of my break up with Jessie.. So it’s all the stuff that happened after the breakup. 'I.D.C.B.U' is the first song, and it’s basically straight after a big fight that ended in the breakup. It’s the denial kinda song where I’m saying how it’s her fault and I’m fucking angry with her and that I don’t need her and I don’t care about her..which really is a lie," he says.

Tanya Tagaq delivers stunning visuals for 'Retribution'

Ahead of the release of her forthcoming album Retribution, Inuk punk throat-singer Tanya Tagaq has delivered stunning visuals for the project's title-track. The video was directed by Brian Johnson, alongside fellow Inuk performer Laakkuluk Williamson Bathory. "For me, the 'Retribution' video is an exploration of the eccentric, the stomach lining of reality. It's about the cross-pollination of Tanya's voice and uaajeerneq—my mask work, a denial of the linear progression of past, present and future, a reminder that the earth's strength is a part of our culture. It's about feminism and Inuit women," Bathory said.

BAYONNE shares new live loop video for 'Living Room'

Texas-based musician Bayonne is taking over. He recently released his new album Primitives is already gearing up to return to the UK for a number of shows early next year. To continue the momentum, he's released live visuals for his latest single 'Living Room,' which were filmed in his Austin hometown. "My goal was to make a video that demonstrates the general recording process, while also maintaining a linear performance. Almost all Bayonne tracks are recorded using an outboard looper and (mostly) acoustic instruments. The process for the video was very challenging in structuring the loops and routing the studio correctly, but I feel the point I wanted to make came across," he said.
