So-and-so is releasing a new five-track EP in a few months, your problematic fave dropped a pretty risque new video and that washed up band that no one has even thought of for a good decade now, has decided to reunite and head out on a world tour. These are the things I need to post at a fervent pace, to not only keep up with the over-saturated blogosphere, but to harness the steady stream of emails that will inevitably continue their high-pressured pursuit into my inbox all hours of the day for the remainder of the week, (and probably on the weekend too, depending on the publicist.)

So to combat the rat-race, we're offering a content compromise in the form of our new daily column, Live From The Gutter - an afternoon recap of the day's press releases and the contents of my 405 email.

Kagoule share video for brand new single 'Magnified'

"Julie is most commonly sighted in Nottingham UK. Her background is unknown and real name long forgotten. She is rarely spotted but most sightings report her either to be climbing down manholes, feeding rats or dining alone at various mitchelin star restuarants. We came across her pouring apple juice on a young apple tree and cautiously approached her..." This is how Nottingham collective Kagoule narrate their new video for latest single 'Mafnified.' Watch the band shrunk down into tiny 3-D model versions of themselves in their latest clip.

The Ramona Flowers reveal new video for 'Run Like Lola'

Bristol based five piece, The Ramona Flowers are currently on tour but that hasn't stopped them from finding the time to release a new video for their latest single 'Run Like Lola'. The song is from the band's most recent album Part Time Spies, and was inspired by the 1998 cult German thriller, directed by Tom Tykwer (Perfume). "It's how we think the story of Lola would continue after the movie ends," vocalist Steve Bird explains.

The Wonder Years announce UK & European tour

The Wonder Years are going on tour this winter and they're taking Pup the band with them. The collective will hit up a number of UK and European tour stops throughout January and February of 2017 and all dates can be found below. "When we came to the UK in July to do small, intimate shows, we did it because we knew we wouldn't be able to come back until around February. Those shows sold out in a matter of hours and we know that a lot of people were bummed they couldn't get tickets but we told everyone to sit tight because we knew this run with PUP and Tiny Moving Parts was on the horizon. We're going to bring the same energy we just brought in those tiny venues to these rooms with sets that span years of releases and a few tricks up our sleeves," vocalist Dan 'Soupy' Campbell said.
