So-and-so is releasing a new five-track EP in a few months, your problematic fave dropped a pretty risque new video and that washed up band that no one has even thought of for a good decade now, has decided to reunite and head out on a world tour. These are the things I need to post at a fervent pace, to not only keep up with the over-saturated blogosphere, but to harness the steady stream of emails that will inevitably continue their high-pressured pursuit into my inbox all hours of the day for the remainder of the week, (and probably on the weekend too, depending on the publicist.)

So to combat the rat-race, we're offering a content compromise in the form of our new daily column, Live From The Gutter - an afternoon recap of the day's press releases and the contents of my 405 email.

Shadez The Misfit and Bipolar Sunshine win the day. The pair have delivered intriguing, dream-like visuals for their infectious collaborative single 'Fires.' The future bounce song is a reminder to lever lose your free spirit and they've paired their message with one symbolic clip. Shadez the Misfit also has a ton of other projects in the works, including a clothing collection, which is set to be launched soon via label Ne Plus Ultra as well as the release of forthcoming debut EP NE PLUS ULTRA, which is expected to drop this October 28.


Years & Years release official video for 'Meteorite'

Shout-out to Years & Years for getting that Bridget Jones money. The band 's new song, taken from the Bridget Jones' Baby soundtrack, has been given the video treatment. And it's visuals fit perfectly with the bubbly pop number. Frontman, Olly Alexander dazles in a Swarovski crystal outfit during a sparkling dance number.


Salta delivers introductory video for 'Nothing Like This'

London-producer SALTA has made his debut with a brand new track and accompanying video for 'Nothing Like This'. He states that, "the production underpins this indiscriminate attitude to inspiration as the sounds shift between their fluid flavours". The video is multi-dimensional as well.


Zac Samuel drops incredible visuals for 'Never Letting Go'

UK house producer/DJ and PMR-signee, Zac Samuel has really shared something special. With visuals directed by Courtney Phillips, for recent single 'Never Letting Go,' they tell the story of a doomed relationship through trendy aesthetics. Watch below.
