Earlier this year, London nightclub Fabric was closed down by the Islington Council. But thanks to a hail-mary appeal, and an incredibly strong #savefabric campaign, the club will reopen.

Judge Robin McPhee made the final decision on Monday after the club's management agreed to a number of set safety conditions put forward in a 155-page "gold standard" brief. There will be CCTV monitoring, ID scanners and a lifetime ban for anyone caught with drugs.

"I am satisfied that the council and Fabric pulled together to get a set of workable conditions to prevent drug use and supply future," Judge McPhee said.
