Lower Than Atlantis are releasing their new self-titled album on 6 October through Sony Red / Easy Life Records, and its lead single 'English Kids In America' has been gaining some serious traction with the likes of Radio 1 where it's been playlisted and over on YouTube, where it has almost 150k plays. Today, though, they've shared one of the album's bonus tracks, which happens to be an alternate version of that riff-heavy tune.

With the new version, they prove that they're not just one of the hottest new bands in the UK rock scene, but that they can also take it down a notch when they want to. While the original is best suited for parties and gigs, the alternative version gives it a new, refreshing sense of emotional vulnerability that it wasn't previously afforded, telling a tale of a band who leaves everything they know to take a huge risk and tour in a new country thousands of miles away. If you like what you hear, you can pick it up on iTunes or Amazon at the links below, or if you're a fan of physical copies it's over at Banquet Records' site.
