Marilyn Manson took the stage at the Hammerstein Ballroom on Saturday night to perform a headlining show. But before the night ended, the rockstar was hospitalized after a stage prop fell on him while he was performing.

The 48-year-old artists set design consisted of two large prop guns that were held together with metal scaffolding. But when they toppled over during a rendition of Eurythmics' Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), he was quickly rushed to the hospital in a stretcher.

"Manson suffered an injury towards the end of an incredible NYC show. He is being treated at a local hospital," his rep said in a statement.
