Rap group Migos were involved in a drive-by shooting turned shootout last night. The group were travelling in a van following an appearance at a Miami club when a dark vehicle pulled up beside them and opened fire. TMZ reports at least 40 rounds were fire, some of which came from a member of Migos, a fact confirmed by Florida Highway Patrol trooper Joe Sanchez's comments to WSVN news; "A member of the group was in possession of his personal handgun, and he returned fire."

The exact reason for the incident is not yet known, but Sanchez notes that the group were involved in an altercation with the management of the club they were leaving. Initial supports suggested that a member of Migos or one of their entourage had been shot, but their manager has since told TMZ that no was injured.
