Miguel, who's been making a name for himself since last year's explosive R&B album, Kaleidoscope Dream, has been arrested on charges of a DUI, according to TMZ.

The singer was pulled over around 2:15 AM, California time. He was tested at a .11, which is .08 over the legal limit in California. He was initially pulled over for speeding and tinted windows, but then the police officer smelled booze and field tested him, which he failed. He was released on a $5,000 bail.
