Absolute Noise Recordings will be releasing the fifth solo album from Mirah, Changing Light. You can pick it up on 13th May. The ten track effort features some fantastic collaborations including Greg Saunier of Deerhoof, Mary Timony, Heather McEntire (Mount Moriah), string arrangements from composer Jherek Bischoff, and her sister Emily co-wrote the ninth track, a Leonard Cohen tribute titled 'LC'.

The songs were written all across the country and Tune-Yards producer Eli Crews worked on most of the tracks, with a few others produced by Christopher Doulgeris. The album takes listeners through every stage of a relationship, and Mirah explains even further “It’s a break-up record. It has some moments of darkness, some twists and turns, but ultimately, there’s a resolution. So much can happen in four years, even forgiveness.” To go along with the announcement she's also unveiled some US tour dates, and you can find those below!
