Grand Theft Auto V is getting way out of whack. With more and more details (and leaks) coming before the grand release on September 17, it's easy to predict the world may have an issue with sick days come its release. Beyond the inevitable worldwide crisis, the game's latest details are all based around the radio stations and their soundtracks.

The series has always had memorable music - from N.W.A. in San Andreas to Michael Jackson in Vice City - but Grand Theft Auto V's soundtrack looks like the best so far.

The game's soundtrack supervisor, Ivan Pavlovich, sat down with Rolling Stone to hash out the details. In the interview, he revealed there are fifteen (!) radio stations with a whopping 240 (!!!) tracks. But that's not all: Flying Lotus, Wavves, Twin Shadow, Kavinsky, Bootsy Collins, OFF!/Black Flag's Keith Morris, Kenny Loggins, Pam Grier, Soulwax and DJ Pooh will all host stations in the game, with Tangerine Dream (who helped score GTA IV), The Alchemist, and Oh No scoring the game's incidental/story music. And if talk radio is your fancy, then you'll have two different stations - no doubt to be hosted by Lazlow - on the game, as well.

Pavlovich explained the dynamic of the music in the game, stating, "The score plays during missions and the open world gameplay, and during online play. It's completely dynamic, and engineered very similar to what we've done in the past with our interactive stem system - it responds to what you're doing with your character. The first time you come into the country you're blown away by Woody Jackson's rock score, but within that you're still hearing elements of Tangerine Dream, and Alchemist and Oh No. So you're never too far away from this core sound that we've established for the game."

You can read about Flying Lotus' station here (Note the exclusive Tyler, The Creator track 'Garbage').

Wavves' station, Vinewood Boulevard Radio, will feature new Wavves tracks, as well as Bass Drum of Death, FIDLAR, Hot Snakes, METZ, Moon Duo, Thee Oh Sees. Keith Morris' station will be a first-wave of punk station, featuring Adolescents, Weirdos, Circle Jerks, Descendents, Germs, his band Black Flag, and others. Health, Off!, Hanni al Khatib and Freddie Gibbs, Killer Mike, A$AP Rocky, Twin Shadow, and Yeasayer are all said to have exclusive music on the game.
