Walk around London, and what do you see? It's a complex city, dirty, beautiful, and capable of inspiring plenty of great literature. It's visceral, and poet/ journalist Musa Okwonga has his own unique way of looking at it.

His new, four-minute film Heavyweight was shot by Richard Nockles of the production company Yellow Bird, and follows Musa throughout London as he performs a poem about his love for the city - somewhere between The Streets and Scroobius Pip, but more optimistic. Due to the cool application of new technology, it's in your power to control the perspective, if not the sentiment!

Sadly unembeddable, make sure to check out the interactive, 360º video here. Remember to look around you today and not take your city for granted!
