Taking place at Picturehouse Central, London from today (25th September) until 4th October, it's music-and-film festival, Doc'n Roll.

Returning for its second edition, the festival is set to offer up films and Q&As over the course of ten days on the theme of "Instigators & Innovators" – last year's theme revolved around the avant-garde and punk scene.

Notable films this year include Shake The Dust (showing on 1st October), a film about breakdancing around the world, exec. produced by Nas; one very DIY offering, Salad Days: A Decade of Punk in Washington, DC (1980-90) (27th September); and a look at a legendary flamenco guitarist in Paco de Lucia: A Journey (27th September), with feature-spots from B.B. King, Carlos Santana and more.

Doc'n Roll director, Colm Forde, says of the event:

"We are delighted to present 14 fascinating premiere music documentaries, that showcase Instigators and Innovators in the spheres of Rock, Blues, Soul, Punk, Hip-Hop and World music. A host of Q&As with the directors and their accomplices will provide further insight into what drives these mavericks and outlaws!"
