New York City isn't exactly lacking in exciting new musical talents but AM!R might just be the pick of the bunch. Having already flexed his impressive production skills with the likes of Sia and Panic! At The Disco, the half-Egyptian, half-Irish American musician steps out into his own lane with his own brand of funk-filled, honey-dipped, and soul-saturated sound, taking inspiration from many of the '80s and '90s musical legends. AM!R's latest release 'Design' - which we're premiering here today - is a perfect example of that sound with a flair of Prince-styled bass and synths with a similarly eccentric style of delivery. It's delightfully retro yet still strikingly fresh.

"How can you not admire and love the design of a strong woman," AM!R told us about the track, "And lucky for me, New York is brimming with them. One in particular caught me off guard, and this is a celebration of her: her attitude, her heart, her power. An inspiring woman." Get your first listen of 'Design' below and be sure to keep an eye on his future releases.
