Back in April, the Official Charts Company launched the first-ever UK vinyl charts. At the time I mentioned being surprised that Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds even made an appearance; but Noel is now dominating the vinyl charts for 2015 (so far).

He and his group sit at the top of the album charts and hold the top three positions for singles, as well, whilst also holding 7th place for good measure. It may seem a mystery but — no, actually, it is a mystery. It's also interesting to note the distinct lack of anything that isn't remotely guitar music on these two charts, probably down to Dads (in general), Father's Day and Serious Indie Fans.
