Santos Party House, a popular NYC venue partially owned by Andrew W.K and Despot, has been closed following a neo-Nazi controversy. Over the weekend, the venue hosted the second night of NYC Oi! Fest, (a punk festival with ties to neo-Nazis that has been condemned by the Southern Poverty Law Center.) It's has yet to be confirmed if he closing had anything to do with the festival controversy, although the club manager Sean Kane stated that their lease had expired.

"It was a 10 year lease. Our lease is up and we're not renewing it," he told DNA Info. While on Twitter, Despot denied any knowledge of NYC Oi! Fest and stated that he tried to put a stop to it once he found out.
