In today's fast-paced world, you need to stay organised. But nobody said that had to be boring.

The team at Vitamins Design needed a calendar to work both online and offline, show a few months in advance, and be easy to understand. Their LEGO Calendar proved to be the answer.

Easy to read, it has characters to represent each employee, colour-coded bricks for projects, and measurements of half a day per brick. But what's that I hear you say? It's not online? Well that's where the real fun kicks in. Software automatically synchronises events on the LEGO Calendar with a digital equivalent; it works by a emailing an image of the Calendar to a special address, which is then scanned, with colours and positions of blocks detected.

Vitamins Design will apparently share the code online soon so that everyone can use their amazing innovation. We always knew playing with LEGO was a worthwhile hobby.
