Back in January Norwich outfit Olympians released the first single in their Book Club project, and now the quintet are launching a new series of remixes which are streaming via their Bandcamp page. Members of the Book Club will be able to download copies of the mixes which are being posted every day this week. These remixes will also give fans a sneak peek into the second Book Club single due to be released in late May.

To coincide with this announcement the group are also launching a digital format of the Book Club imaginatively titled the eBook Club. Subscribers will get all the same digital content as normal Book Club members (including the first single and accompanying seven remixes), only without the accompanying physical products. Matt Fidler of the bands label Barely Regal Records explains “while we want to try and encourage people to buy the physical version of the Book Club where possible (because we made an effort to making the packaging something a bit special), we appreciate that some people may only be interested in the tracks themselves, so we wanted to give them an opportunity to get involved as well. Plus we thought the name was kind of funny” and the bands guitarist Dan Harvey adds "we actually wanted to call the digital version the “Kindle Club” but we thought that the budget for the release probably wouldn’t stretch to funding a law suit."
