So last night the 86th Academy Awards took place, and whilst the picture above pretty much sums up the event, we might as well recap who won big from a musical perspective.

Despite hoping that Arcade Fire and Owen Pallett would win Best Original Score for Her, the award went to Steven Price's score for Gravity, which is probably fair. Frozen's 'Let It Go' won Best Original Song, which is a shame because a) it's terrible and b) that category featured some fairly decent songs, including Karen O and Ezra Koenig's 'The Moon Song' (from Her).
