Today, Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins won #ThrowbackThursday. He shared a remix that P. Diddy (or Puff Daddy, or Diddy, or Sean Combs) did of their 1998 track 'Ava Adore'. It's easily the most joyful version of the track I've ever heard, with Diddy throwing synths on synths over Corgan's production.

The song is taken from the band's upcoming reissue, a seven-disc re-release of Adore that'll be out 23 September. It includes remixes from Corgan himself and Rick Rubin as well as a slew of live recordings, and you can pre-order it here.
