Peach Pit may just be the most exciting band you will hear this year. Tapping the endlessly pleasurable well of jangle pop and fusing it with a little bit of classic rock n' roll, Peach Pit seems to have one of those timeless sounds that can offer infinite joys. The group will be offering a fresh new collection of gems with the release of Being So Normal on Sept. 15, headlined by new single 'Drop The Guillotine.'

A soundtrack to heartbreak, 'Drop The Guillotine' features a rollicking mix of shimmery guitars, punchy drums and cathartic vocals. Maybe even better is the music video, which draws from the kind of high school scenes that John Hughes and Richard Linklater are famous for conjuring.

Check out the fabulous video for 'Drop The Guillotine' below, and mark your calendars for Peach Pit's new LP Being So Normal in just a few weeks. You can pre-order that record digitally here and physically here.
