Legendary composers Philip Glass and Steve Reich are set to perform together in September for the first time in 30 years - an astonishing reunion that will absolutely bring New York to its knees.

The musicians haven't played together since the '70s, allegedly due to a disagreement between the two. They will now take to the Brooklyn Academy of Music's stage for three nights in a row (9-11 September) as part of Nonesuch Records' festival series.

Glass and Reich performed at last year's Southbank Festival curated by Yoko Ono, but on separate nights.
