Jumping to NNA for his first official vinyl release (after years of dishing out limited cassettes) is Los Angeles producer PHORK. The High End LP from PHORK - better known as Neil Reinalda - features the collapsing vision that is 'Contact', which has a furiously bizarre accompanying video available below.

The spacing on 'Contact' seems to be there and everywhere, playing with contrast much like Oneohtrix Point Never. Sullen, quiet moments are deluded with heart-jumping pulses of sampled vocals and drippy atmospherics. The video, courtesy of Marco Braunschweiler, does well to compliment the synoptic twitch of 'Contact', jumping like a mishandled memory bank.

High End is set for release this June. Until then, give 'Contact' a venture.
