Swiftly following up October's Paycheck EP, Pip Blom has released a new song called 'Daddy Issues'. It's taken from the newly-announced debut album Boat, which will be coming out on May 31st through Heavenly Recordings.

'Daddy Issues' finds Pip Blom is typically testy mood, utilising their elastic post-punk style to tease and berate. With their ever-increasing chemistry, Pip Blom is finding new angles and spins for their sound, perfectly backing their titular lead singer as she snarls and cajoles her way through 'Daddy Issues', before driving headlong into yet another earworm chorus.

Pip Blom's debut album Boat is out on May 31st through Heavenly; you can pre-order it here. The band will be heading back to the UK very soon for Independent Venue Week, as well as more dates in the coming months:
