The Polaris Prize, the annual award given to the best full-length album made by a Canadian artist, has announced its 2013 nominees.

Following Feist, who won the award last year for Metals, is the likes of The Besnard Lakes, Mac DeMarco, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Toronto punks METZ, New Pornographers' frontman AC Newman, sister duo Tegan and Sara, and plenty more.
