Rough news for Spanish promoter, Miguel Ángel Flores, who has been sentenced to four years in prison, along with seven others. In 2012, Flores booked Steve Aoki for a gig in Madrid that ended in the deaths of five women, who were trampled in a stampede.

Miguel and the seven other people involved were convicted of five counts of manslaughter by gross negligence and 29 counts of criminal injury. The event at the Thriller Music Park was oversold by 16,600 people and with emergency exits closed and blocked, chaos ensued after a flare went off. With five women dead, Flores was given the maximum penalty for his part in the tragedy.
