After being arrested in Georgia for kidnapping and aggravated assault (read: pistol whipping a man and preventing him from leaving his home), Rick Ross has – as of yesterday (1st July) been released from jail on a $2 million bond.

According to TMZ, Ross sourced the funds as follows: $1 million from the ex-Holyfield mansion he owns, and another Georgia-located property; $500,000 surety bond from a bail bondsman; $500k cash. He'll also have to wear a GPS tracker on his ankle from now on.
