London six-piece Rumour Cubes have offered a comfortable bridge between Mogwai and Explosions In The Sky with the pronounced, dreamy 'Seven Year Glitch'.

Partially funded by their own Kickstarter campaign, the band will be releasing a proper follow-up to their 2012 debut LP The Narrow State with Appearances of Collections. Set for release on August 18th, the LP features the swirlingly uplifting 'Seven Year Glitch', which is catapulted by the warm string compositions of violinist Hannah Morgan and viola player Terry Murphy. The two halves cascade the climbing effort, churned through with subtle electronic cues and the band's delightfully cosmic lo-fi guitar play.
