Following the release of 'Gimme Something Good' this week, Ryan Adams has confirmed that he will be releasing a new album on September 8th.

The new LP follows Adams' 2011 album Ashes and Fire and will be his 14th studio album to date. Little else is known about the album at the minute and its title is still unknown. The announcement of its due date was aired earlier today on BBC 6 Music.
