Following on from this year's excellent album Age Of, Oneohtrix Point Never has continued to release material in the form of outtakes and remixes. This Friday will see the release of a new 4-track collection called Love In The Time Of Lexapro, which will feature the previously unreleased title track (which some may have heard in OPN's MYRIAD live shows this year), another new track called 'Thank God I'm A Country Girl' and a couple of remixes.

One of these remixes is from avant experimentalist Ryuichi Sakamoto, and can be heard now. The Japanese idol has taken on the closing track from Age Of, 'Last Known Image Of A Song', infecting the original's serene sprawl with electronic crackling and chirping, giving it a more living and hazardous feel. He has also added some innocent-seeming chimes, but in the context of the darkness that pervades on all sides, they take on an eerie hew. A Sakamoto and Lopatin collaboration is something we'd all love to hear, and this rework of 'Last Known Image Of A Song' underscores exactly why; check it out below.

Oneohtrix Point Never's Love In The Time Of Lexapro EP is out this Friday, November 23rd, on Warp. He'll be bringing his unreal live show back to London for a performance at The Roundhouse on March 8th, supported by Kelsey Lu - it's one not to be missed.
