Arcade Fire might have already had a mixed bag of reviews for new album Reflektor, which is set for release on October 29th (some say "genius", some say "misses the mark", you know, the usual), but over the weekend just passed they performed new tracks from the LP and boy, did they sound good.

Performing at two intimate shows in Brooklyn, New York on the 19th and 20th of October, the band ran through quite a hefty portion of their new material, much to their fans' delight.

Audience members thankfully recorded some of the magic for those of us who had to stay at home elsewhere in the world during the shows. Check the videos below to watch 'Supersymmetry', 'It's Never Over (Oh Orpheus)', 'Joan of Arc', 'Normal Person', 'Flashbulb Eyes' and 'Afterlife'. We especially enjoyed the glitterball during 'Afterlife', picking out that electro-disco sound they've got going on. Good track. [via COS]
