Shadow Shadow gives dead technology a second life in 'Kill Screen' and finds transcendence in the spaces between malfunction 1's and 0's. Stereotypical new wave synth and cyber-punk bass lines flow in a tide of compression, passing beneath the wheels of neon-lit midnight drives. The hazey vocal lead sounds like it was reassembled from data lost in a version of the '80s that never really existed, a place only accessible through the sound of dreamy synth, where everyone throws their fist to the sky and dresses as brightly as the radio.

Shadow Shadow releases his new album Riviera on March 4th. Preorder it here.
