French-Cuban sister duo Ibeyi have released the video for their track 'Mama Says'

Featuring the twins themselves, 19-year-olds Naomi and Lisa-Kainde Diaz, it's a heartfelt and heart-wrenching video tribute to the subject of the song, the duo's mother. Hugging and singing with seemingly unscripted tears and emotions, just before the 3 minute mark, comes after the girls stand behind their mother, worried about her relationship with a man, singing their feelings as she sits between light and dark.

Sweet and soulful, echoing with roundels of piano and understated percussion, the track has been treated to probably the most perfect visual iteration it could have wanted. Watch it below.

But that's not all. They're releasing a self-titled debut album on XL Recordings, which was produced by XL owner himself, Richard Russell, in London. Pre-order the CD, the vinyl, or just get it digitally.
