R&B/pop singer Teenear is probably in good company with Slip-n-Slide Records; founder Ted Lucas is known for scouring Miami and finding the best of the best. He discovered Trina, Trick Daddy and introduced the world to Rick Ross way before he world was shouting Maybach Music. But now, it's all about Teenear, who made a strong first impression with her debut single - the Sage the Gemini-assisted 'Friday Night'. Coming back strong for a second round, 'Streetlights' is the stuff R&B dreams are made of. It's reminiscent of the likes of Cassie, Christina Milian and that early 2000's run of R&B greats, produced by Malkia "Milk" Hornsy and Kazha "Sizz" Hornsby.

"The song is about how I'm in a relationship and with us being so young, we don't always have all the time in the world to be with each other," she says of the track. "When we do get the time, let's just give it our all. Let's dance, have fun, and enjoy the moment."

Look out for Teenear's forthcoming debut EP, due later this year. In the meantime, 'Streelights' is available now on all good digital platforms via Slip-n-Slide Records.
