If you're not fans already fans of SOFI TUKKER, it is high time you get with the program. The electro-pop duo have been one of 2016's breakout groups. They take Tucker's prowess with electronics and Sophie's undying love of Brazilian poetry and "international beats". Together, SOFI TUKKER has raised the bar when it comes to unique and fun electro pop.

They released their EP this year, Soft Animals. Along with this release, they also had a successful tour supporting M83 and St. Lucia and then embarking on their own headlining tour. And all this attention from fans and music critics also caught the ears of the Grammy's committee, as they were nominated for Best Dance Recording for their debut single, 'Drinkee'.

The duo quickly followed up that hit with their second single 'Awoo' which was also met with high praise, and the 405 is here with the exclusive remix by Adam Aesalon and Murat Salman. This remix feeds off the energy of the original track and just boosts up those beats and hip-shaking rhythms. The versatility shown in the electronics of this remix while still honoring the original composition is enough to give your laptop life and have it dance across your desk.

If you haven't seen SOFI TUKKER live, I highly suggest it. Even though they are a duo, there is so much action, crowd interaction, and performance in each song (their use of beat pads in the form of a "book tree" will get any audiophile excited). And lucky for you, they are heading back out on the road in 2017! You can check out the tour dates below with more to be announced in the coming months.
