Take one man, one hundred songs and one hundred fictitious projects and what have you got? The answer lies somewhere in the form of Sonny Smith's breathtaking, if not highly ambitious project entitled '100 Records Project'.. The Sonny & the Sunsets frontman has gone as far as to invent separate band names and invite visual artists to the artwork.

One of our favourite tracks is from Don Adora'e, one of Smith's surf-rock politically-driven alter egos. 'If You Don't Make a Change' provides the perfect vehicle for Sonny's distinctive voice and is complete with a tongue-in-cheek 'open letter to the president'. What more could you ask for?
