Liverpool’s annual Sound City Festival, which prides itself on finding the world’s best emerging talent, has announced several lineup additions to this year’s event.

Included in the mix for the May festival are reportedly The Walkmen, Reverend and the Makers, Toy, Egyptian Hip-Hop, Murkage, Chapel Club, Fossil Collective, The 1975, Hawk Eyes, Swim Deep, The Family Rain, The Wombats, and others.

The massive international festival will shortly announce many more additions to the lineup, which will include over 350 artists in 25 venues across the city. The festival also hosts a three-day music, media, and technology conference with thousands of media professionals in attendance.

Tickets for the May 2-4 festival range from a very reasonable three-day pass for £30 and £80 for a special three-day delegate pass. Tickets information is available at the Sound City website.
